Perfume

How long will the fragrance last on me, and what can I do to make it last longer?

The longevity depends on the perfume concentration (e.g., Eau de Parfum lasts longer than Eau de Toilette) and your unique skin chemistry. To extend its life, apply perfume to your pulse points (wrists, neck, behind ears), and moisturize the area beforehand, as scent clings better to hydrated skin.

The difference is in the concentration of fragrant oils. Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a higher concentration (typically 15-20%) and generally lasts 5-8 hours. Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (typically 5-15%) and usually lasts 3-4 hours, making it lighter and often better for daily use.

No. Perfumes should be stored in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight, and away from extreme temperature fluctuations and humidity (like a bathroom). Heat, light, and humidity break down the scent molecules and can cause the fragrance to spoil or change its aroma prematurely.
